Liverpool Street to Shenfield, Southend Victoria, Chelmsford, Colchester, Clacton, Ipswich and Norwich

Network Rail are undertaking overhead line renewals between Liverpool Street and Shenfield,

The line is closed between Liverpool Street and Ingatestone / Billiercay,

Norwich and GE Mainline services will terminate at Ingatestone, passengers from these trains should use direct replacement buses from Ingatestone to Newbury Park for LUL Central Line connections from Newbury Park to Stratford and Liverpool Street. Stopping buses will also run from Ingatestone to Shenfield, Brentwood, Harold Wood, Gidea Park, Romford and Newbury Park.

Southend Victoria services terminate at Billericay with buses operating from Billericay to Newbury Park calling at Shenfield only. Stopping buses will also run from Billericay to Shenfield, Brentwood, Harold Wood, Gidea Park, Romford and Newbury Park. Southend line passengers will also have their tickets accepted on C2C Rail services between Southend Central and Fenchurch Street.

Metro services are replaced by buses running from either Billericay or Ingatestone to Shenfield, Brentwood, Harold Wood, Gidea Park and Romford then direct to Newbury Park for LUL Central Line connections. Passengers for stations between Romford and Stratford will be passed on TfL route 86 buses.

LUL Central Line journey time between Newbury Park and Liverpool Street is approximately 25 minutes, please allow plenty of time to complete the journey.

Please note that no parking is available at Newbury Park for NXEA passengers.

Trains will operate from Billericay to Southend Victoria and from Ingatestone to Ipswich, Clacton and Norwich with connecting branch services to Southminster, Braintree, Sudbury, Walton-on-the-Naze and Harwich Town.

Passengers travelling from Liverpool Street and Stratford should refer to the Liverpool Street to Southend or Liverpool Street to Norwich tables to check their journies.

Passengers travelling from intermediate stations between Maryland and Shenfield should refer to the Liverpool Street to Ingatestone/Billericay table and then the Liverpool Street to Southend or Liverpool Street to Norwich table to complete their journey planning.
