If you have chosen to collect your tickets at a self service ticket machine, please check that your station offers this facility.
Please note that some stations only offer ticket office window collection.
Tickets are ready for collection just 2 hours after ordering.
Self service ticket machines are generally located nearby ticket offices. You are also able to collect your tickets at self service ticket machines serviced by other train operators.
Alternatively you can opt to have your ticket posted to you when you book.
REMEMBER: You'll need your journey reference number and your credit/ debit card to collect your ticket from the ticket machine.

Stations with no ticket machines
- Great Yarmouth, Harwich International and March stations only offer ticket collection at the ticket office.
- Great Bentley has a part time ticket office for ticket collection and no self service machine.
- Sudbury has no ticket office or self service machine.
- Bethnal Green, Colchester Town, Goodmayes and Hertford East currently do not offer ticket on departure collection.
