Lone traveller service
National Express East Anglia and NCP are proud to present the launch of our Lone Traveller Service which has been developed to provide greater security for customers travelling alone arriving at stations alone during evenings.
How it works
Customer Service Advisors (CSAs) will be on hand at 23 key locations across the National Express East Anglia network to escort customers travelling alone from and to cars parked in National Express East Anglia station car parks managed by NCP. Customer Service Advisors will escort lone travellers from and to their vehicles. This service can be pre-booked or customers can simply turn up at the station and call the CSA directly on their mobile phone. Customer Service Advisors will be available at stations from 18.00 until midnight or until close of service to assist pre-booked customers.
