For your safety and comfort, we film what is happening at 91 of our stations 24 hours a day and on the majority of our trains using our wide-ranging system of closed circuit television, which covers the majority of our network, both at stations and on trains.
This is managed in conjunction with the British Transport Police to provide you with a safer and more secure environment for both our customers and staff.
To date we operate the following Class of trains with CCTV monitoring for security purposes:
Class 315 x 61 units = 244 vehicles and over 488 cameras

Class 321 x 77 units = 308 vehicles and over 606 cameras
Class 360 x 21 units = 84 vehicles and over 168 cameras
That is a total of 219 units and 876 vehicles with 1742 cameras.
