Whether you’re travelling for business or pleasure, First Class provides you with a comfortable and spacious environment where you can take time out and relax or use your journey time productively - working, preparing for a meeting or even conducting a meeting in a conducive environment.

Treat yourself to the added comfort of First Class ... spacious, more comfortable reclining seats with its own table and more leg room.

At-seat dining on selected services ... you have the option of ordering breakfast or an evening meal and having it served at your table.  Our breakfast menu is available between 0610 and 0800 from Norwich and between 0830 and 1030 from London.  Our evening meal menu is being trialled from Norwich at 1700 and from London at 1930.

Weekend First Class Upgrade

On InterCity mainline services between Norwich, intermediate stations and London Liverpool Street, a Weekend First ticket allows you to upgrade to First Class for just £7 on a Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays and at Christmas.

First Class Upgrade

If you hold a Standard Class ticket , prior to travel, you are able to upgrade to travel in First Class on payment of an Excess fare.
