Over the last 12 months we’ve raised punctuality standards across National Express East Anglia up from 87% to 90%.
Over the last 12 months we’ve raised punctuality standards across National Express East Anglia up from 87% to 90%. Our plans for the next year are aimed at increasing performance further up to 91% and reducing the number of occasions when services are affected by major disruptions due to over-running engineering work, fatalities or other causes. So far we’re continuing to make positive progress with punctuality up to 90.4%.
