Open Single and Return tickets are available for First and Standard class travel and enable you to travel on any train at any time. Open Single tickets are available for travel on the date shown on the ticket, whilst Open Returns give you the freedom to travel back any time within a calendar month of your outward travel date.
A Business Carnet is a sheet of ten discounted Open Return tickets providing you with the ability to travel by train at a moment's notice and still save money on our Open Return prices. The Business Carnet is available either for First or Standard class travel and each sheet of tickets is valid for six months. Each ticket is validated by inserting the travel date, enabling travel on any National Express East Anglia service on that day only.
