Web booking support - online train ticket sales issues

If you have purchased train tickets with us online and have not received them in the post, please call our Web Booking Support team the day before your journey so alternative arrangements can be made for you at the station. Please advise the person you are speaking to that you booked your tickets on the National Express East Anglia website.

Applying for a refund

Tickets that are purchased over the telephone must be returned to the following address:

If you booked your tickets via our website and require a refund please post them to:

Refunds Department, The Trainline, PO Box 222 333, Edingburgh, EH11 3YT

Please note that some tickets carry refund restrictions, and others an administration charge of £10.00.

When returning tickets, please include a covering letter, a contact telephone number (and email address if you have one) and your booking reference.
